We run a controlled document library of more than 250 documents covering every aspect of our breeding programme, kitten care, health monitoring, hygiene, biosecurity, emergency planning and animal welfare management. Every document carries its own reference code, version number and annual review date, tracked through our Document Master Index.

Accurate records are essential to responsible breeding. We keep detailed records covering health, development, welfare, behaviour, breeding history, veterinary care, environmental conditions and the day-to-day management of our cats and kittens, from birth through to their forever home.
Responsible breeding goes beyond minimum requirements. Our Higher Standards, Compliance & Evidence Portfolio demonstrates our commitment to exceptional welfare, transparency and continuous improvement across every part of our programme.
We raise our cats in line with the government’s statutory Code of Practice for the Welfare of Cats under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, and we encourage every new owner to read it too.

Hygiene and biosecurity sit at the heart of our daily routine. We publish the professional cleaning and disinfection products we use, together with their safety data sheets, so you can see exactly how we keep our cattery clean and safe.
Every kitten is sold under our written Conditions of Sale, drawn up around the Animal Welfare Act 2006, Lucy’s Law and the Microchipping Regulations 2023, and forming part of the Sale Agreement signed at handover. You’ll always have time to read everything in full before signing. The highlights:
