We reply to every enquiry, usually within 48 hours.

The form is the quickest route to the waiting list, but you are very welcome to ring, message or email instead. We are a family, not a call centre, so if we miss you we will always come back to you.

Most of our families come from Hampshire, Sussex and around the Solent, and the ferry is simply part of the day: Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Ryde, Southampton to Cowes, or Lymington to Yarmouth, and you are with us within the hour of landing. You collect in person, meet the colony, and go home the same day with your kitten settled in the carrier. We never courier or post kittens, and we do not do car park handovers.
Pets travel on the ferries (check the crossing you pick), and foot passengers keep the carrier with them. If you would like to plan the crossing around a viewing first, say so when you enquire and we will suggest times that work. Our buying FAQ covers the rest.
